How do I sign up?

Select the crop of your choice on our website, and you will be able to pay directly there through PayPal services. So it is secure!

What does the crop fee include?

Your crop fee will include all of the following:

  • Food and Lodging NOT included.

  • Swap Tables/Scrap Yard (bring your items priced to sell and labeled with your name)

  • Lots of fun and relaxation

  • Optional classes/Make and Takes (additional fee may apply)

  • Layout contests and prizes

  • Door prizes (must be present to win)

  • Welcome gift

  • Seating with friends

  • 6’ table per person

Can I sit with my friends?

Yes! The seats are assigned for each crop and you will be seated near from your friends. We will send out seating requests close to each event.

What do I need to bring?

Your pictures, supplies, paper, adhesive. Any items that you need to work on your projects. There is not a community tools table. There is limited isle space, so please do not bring any tables larger than the side tables that can fit by your chair.  If you bring a wongon, it will need to fit underyour table and not stick out futher than your seat.   
 

What if I have to cancel?

    • We know things happen; however, deposits of $25 are nonrefundable, but can be transferred to another guest if communicated in writing via email prior to the event.

    • If you cancel your reserved spot within 30 days of the event, we will refund your fees minus the nonrefundable deposit. The nonrefundable deposit is no longer transferable if you are being refunded.  

    • If you have to cancel your reservation within 29 days before the event, no refund will be made due to the expenses that have already been incurred on your behalf. 

    • Not showing up for your reserved spot will forfeit all funds. Forfeited funds cannot be used as a credit for a future event.
